The building is approximately 8,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 300 people.

What is the capacity of your event space?

The Warehouse accommodates up to 300 individuals for events such as receptions, conferences, or wedding ceremonies. For those wishing to host both the ceremony and reception at this venue, we recommend a maximum of 200 guests for optimal comfort. Adjustments to this number may be made depending on the event type and layout.

Are there other rooms available for my event?

The private room upstairs is available for event rentals.

What level of access is available for venue setup?

Clients will enjoy full access to the building throughout the rental period, allowing for a comprehensive venue setup.

How much does it cost to rent the event space?

Can I bring my own catering service?

For all events held in The Warehouse, we provide a comprehensive pre-approved catering list featuring insured, skilled, and local caterers. Our preferred caterers, whom we know, love, and trust, have extensive experience in our venue, familiar with our kitchen and adhere to our standards. Over time, their exceptional food, customer service, presentation, and pricing have consistently impressed us. While we highly recommend our preferred caterers, events in The Warehouse are flexible and can accommodate any caterer or outside food, ensuring your desired catering company can be considered upon request.

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?

The Warehouse is equipped with a complete bar staff, including our own bartenders. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited inside the premises as we hold our own liquor license.

Can I bring my own DJ, band, musician, photographer, decorator, florist, event planner, lighting, etc.?

Certainly! We're delighted to provide recommendations for reliable local vendors to simplify the planning process. Please note that, in compliance with insurance and legal regulations, approval is required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Changes or cancellations to events are not allowed within 30 days of the scheduled event date.

If the space is rebooked, will I still be charged of a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee will be charged if the space is successfully rebooked.
