The Warehouse encompasses approximately 8,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 300 guests, depending on the event layout and setup.

What is the maximum capacity of the venue?

The Warehouse can host up to 300 guests for receptions, conferences, and similar gatherings. For events incorporating both a ceremony and reception, we recommend a maximum of 200 guests to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience. Capacity may vary based on the event type, layout, and specific requirements.

Are additional rooms available for event use?

Yes, a private upstairs room is available for rental as part of your event.

What level of access is granted for event setup?

Clients are granted full access to the venue for the duration of their rental period, allowing sufficient time for setup, decoration, and preparation.

What are the rental rates for the event space?

Pricing is determined based on the specific needs of your event, including factors such as duration, setup requirements, and additional services. We invite you to schedule a site visit to discuss your event details and receive a customized quote. Please complete the intake form above to complete the scheduling process.

Can I provide my own catering service?

The Warehouse maintains a pre-approved list of insured, professional caterers who have extensive experience in our venue and adhere to our quality standards. These preferred caterers have consistently demonstrated excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.

While we highly recommend selecting from our approved list, we do allow outside caterers upon request, provided they meet our venue’s requirements and carry appropriate insurance.

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?

No. The Warehouse holds its own liquor license and provides a fully staffed bar with certified bartenders. As a result, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.

May I hire my own vendors, such as a DJ, band, photographer, event planner, or decorator?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own vendors. Additionally, we can provide recommendations for trusted local professionals to assist with your event planning. Please note that all vendors must be pre-approved to ensure compliance with our venue policies, insurance requirements, and safety regulations.

How can I schedule a tour of the venue?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or modifications to event bookings are not permitted within 30 days of the scheduled event date.

If I cancel my event and the venue is rebooked, will I still be charged a cancellation fee?

No. If we are able to successfully rebook the space, no cancellation fee will be applied.
